AREA WIDE -- Tuesday’s wild weather brought down trees and power lines, cutting power to over 500 Dubois REC customers in Dubois County for a time.

Some Vectren customers in southern portions of the county also experience outages during the storms.

Multiple trees were reported down over roads in Jasper, Huntingburg and Dubois.  Kellerville Road was just one of many that had to be closed due to large trees down.

We have received no reports of injuries or major damage to homes or businesses.

Power has been restored to all of the impacted customers.
