Wet Roads Being Blamed For Wednesday Crash That Sent One to the Hospital South of Huntingburg

HUNTINGBURG -- Wet roads are being blamed for a crash Wednesday morning on U.S. 231 south of CR 1000 S near Huntingburg.

Police say a Dale woman hydroplaned, lost control, went left of center, hit a guardrail and ended up in the path of another vehicle.  The two collided.

A passenger in the second vehicle was taken to the hospital for unknown injuries.  No one else was hurt.

The first driver was cited for operating without financial responsibility.
