TRI-CAP Receives $52,000 Grant from Dubois County Community Foundation for Healthcare Services

FROM LOCAL SOURCES

JASPER -- Dubois County Community Foundation has granted TRI-CAP $52,000 to fund two years of healthcare navigation services in Dubois County. TRI-CAP will utilize the funds to assist families and individuals in our community that are struggling to navigate through the process of finding affordable healthcare coverage.

“The Community Foundation has been a tremendous help to TRI-CAP throughout the years for various needs, but this is by far the largest grant TRI-CAP has ever received from the Foundation.  We are so thankful to be able to continue providing this free, unbiased service locally!” said Joyce Fleck, Executive Director of TRI-CAP.

This grant provides the resources needed to help TRI-CAP meet our mission of providing health, housing, and education services that change lives, empower families, and improve communities.

TRI-CAP accepts referrals from area employers, healthcare providers, Community Corrections, members of the Dubois County Development Coalition, the general public, and self-referrals from anyone in need.  Please call our TRI-CAP Jasper office at 812-482-2233 and ask for Lesa Seng to schedule an appointment if you have any questions, need help enrolling, or want to know if you may be eligible for Medicaid, Marketplace, or other healthcare plans.
