JASPER -- Police in Jasper have arrested two people in connection to spray-painted graffiti on walls at two Jasper stores this week.

20-year-old Morgan Decker of Jasper, and a 17-year-old (whose name will not be released due to his age) are accused of spray painting slogans like "I can't breath" (misspelled), "Black Lives Matter" and "Justice for Floyd and "Change Must Come" on the exterior walls and sidewalks of Walmart and IGA in Jasper.

[STORY CONTINUES BLOW]

The teen is charged with Criminal Mischief.  Decker is facing a charge of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

Police do not believe the two are responsible for the graffiti found over the weekend at the Jasper Riverwalk.  JPD is still investigating that case.
