SynEnergy Has Acquired St. Meinrad Gas Distribution Business

MT. VERNON -- SynEnergy Partners has acquired St. Meinrad-based Vaal's Propane Gas Distribution, the company said in a statement Tuesday.

“We’re pleased Vaal’s has accepted our stewardship of their propane distribution business,” said Kim Higginson, Chief Operating Officer of SynEnergy Partners. “We are committed to provide quality energy products at competitive pricing, while providing the finest service in all markets that we serve.”


“The acquisition solidifies our position in the market and substantially expands our customer base and footprint in Southern Indiana,” Tim Mueller, Chairman of SynEnergy Partners Board of Directors. “This acquisition is an important part of our ongoing strategic intent to further maximize profitability by growing our business.”
