SPINNER: "This is a Great Weekend For Us," Huntingburg Herbstfest Continues at City Park

FROM LOCAL SOURCES

HUNTINGBURG -- The city of Huntingburg hosting the 2019 Herbstfest again this evening at the City Park.

"We'll have a lot of visitors coming to town. It's a great weekend for us," says Huntingburg mayor Denny Spinner. "The real motivation for having the fest was really to show support for the large number of civic and religious, and school organizations that do so much for our community."

Spinner encourages you to visit their food booths, as the money raised goes to that specific group.

"When you go down to the fest this year, and you look down that line of food booths and you see who's there, think about how those organizations help our community. This is a big fundraising event for each and everyone one of [the non-profits].
