JASPER -- The Dubois County Health Department is asking residents to come to your vaccination appointments on time.

They do not want you arriving early.  Officials say parking and space in the building are both limited.

Hoosiers who are 65 years of age or older can now register to get the shot. It was 70+ before Monday. You can sign up by going to vaccine.coronavirus.in.gov or by calling 211.

The Indiana Department of Health says nearly 144,000 Hoosiers have been fully vaccinated, and 562,000 have received their first shot.

In Dubois County, 5,381 people have received the first dose of the vaccine.  1,650 in the county have received the two doses needed to be considered “fully vaccinated.”
