Some Jasper Roads to Close Beginning Today for Micro-Surfacing

JASPER -- The Jasper Street Dept. along with contractor Pavement Solutions, will be closing several streets (see the following list) over the course of the next week for Micro-surfacing.

These closing will begin on Monday, Oct. 8 pending weather conditions.

All residents will be notified the day Prior to their street being closed & will be required to have All vehicles removed from the street & their driveways no later than 7:00 a.m. that day.

Each street will Remain Closed until surface has dried appropriately, approximately 5-6 hours, depending on drying conditions.

This schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen event.

Streets Affected: (the following is a Tentative Schedule, subject to change)

Monday

Royal St – from 14^th St to 15^th St

Kellerville Rd – from 15^th St to the City limits

Tuesday

Overbrook Dr – from Manor Dr to Pinehurst Dr

Marie Ct – from Ackerman Rd to Cul-de-Sac

Kuper Ln – from Division to the North end

St John St – from 6^th St to 8^th St (excludes 7^th St intersection)

St John St – from 9^th St to 10^th St

Wednesday

Schuetter Rd – from Newton St to the West end (the City Limits)

Thursday

Clearview Ave – from Justin St to Cul-de-Sac (north half & Cul-de-sac)

E 12^th St – from Vine St to the East end

E 12^th St – from Mill St to Vine St

E 17^th St – from Mill St to Newton St (excludes Jackson St intersection)

Friday

Clearview Ave – from Justin St to Cul-de-Sac (south half)

Heusler St – from Maute St to the West End

Heusler St – from Maute St to the East End
