Small Portion of Jasper Under Boil Order

JASPER-- - A portion of Jasper is under a BOIL ORDER following a water main break today. The order is ONLY for Dorbett Street from 9th Street - 13th Street.

Due to a water main break, the Jasper Municipal Water Department is issuing a neighborhood boil order affecting a very small part of the City. 

The area affected is on Dorbett Street from 9th – 13th Streets. This is the only area affected! We will keep the public informed as changes and the boil order is lifted through the local media. 

The boil order will last a minimum of 48 hours or until 2 water samples that pass our testing. 

Residents affected are asked to boil their water for 5 minutes before Human & pet consumption. The water is safe for bathing.
