Road Closure and Traffic Restrictions in Place on Some Jasper Roads Monday

JASPER -- Preparing for a building demolition.  The city of Jasper will once again be closing some of your routes around town beginning Monday.

West 9^th Street will be closed Monday from Main Street to 75 feet east of Newton.

Traffic restrictions will also be in place from the southbound lane of Main Street between 8^th and 9^th Streets.

Crews are preparing to demolish a small building on the old Knights of Columbus property.

The closures will remain in place for the duration of the project.  

Officials expect it to take about a week.
