POLICE: Suspicious Package Near Masterbrand Was Not Hazardous

FERDINAND -- Nothing hazardous. That’s the word today from Ferdinand Police who responded to a suspicious package outside of Masterbrand yesterday.

Police say the package was found by an employee outside of the plant near a culvert.

State Police troopers set up a large perimeter as the package was investigated.

Police say the package contained nothing hazardous.It was removed by troopers.

No word on what was in the package or how it got there.
