Police Searching For Haysville Hit & Run Suspect

HAYSVILLE --- A driver ran from the scene of a crash Sunday on Haysville Road just west of Haysville.

Police say the driver went left of center and ran off of the roadway flipping the vehicle.He then ran into the woods after officers arrived at the scene.

Multiple police agencies searched for the driver for about 2 and a half hours.

He wasn’t located.

Police believe a friend may have assisted him in leaving the area.

The vehicle is a yellow Ford Ranger.

The driver is from Daviess County but his name has not yet been released.
