One Southwest Indiana County Under "Orange" COVID Advisory Level; 3 Under "Yellow"

Indiana - The Indiana Department of Health's online COVID tracker now shows three Indiana counties are currently under an "Orange" level advisory, 25 counties under a "Yellow" advisory or higher.

The Orange Advisory denotes a county that has either 100-199 new cases per 100,000 residents or a test positivity rate between 10-14.9%. As of Wednesday's update, Gibson County was the only county in southwestern Indiana to meet both criteria. In last week's media update, Gibson County was one of four counties identified as having outbreaks attributed to congregate facilities.

Surrounding counties - Warrick, Vanderburgh, and Posey - have been assigned a Yellow Advisory.
