OFFICIALS: Holland Tornado Siren is Not Working, Check Weather Radios

FROM LOCAL SOURCES

HOLLAND -- The Dubois County Emergency Management Agency reports the tornado siren in the town of Holland is out of service.

Town leaders have been notified and the siren’s service provider has been contacted.

The county EMA wants all Holland residents to check their weather radios to ensure they are working and have fresh batteries.

Officials encourage all citizens of Dubois County to do the same as the tornado sirens are in place as a backup notification for people outside.  They do not replace your own notification processes such as NOAA weather radios.

If you have any questions, contact the Dubois County Emergency Management Agency.
