New Ice Cream Shop to Open Thursday Afternoon in Courthouse Square

JASPER -- A new ice cream shop is opening today in the courthouse square in Jasper.

Big Olaf Creamery officially opens this afternoon at 3 p.m. in the former Libby’s Ice Cream location.

The new shop held a soft opening on Saturday to give some a preview of what’s to come.

Big Olaf is based in Montgomery.
