New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed at Oakwood Health Campus, Officials Say

PERRY COUNTY -- Officials in Perry County are reporting seven new cases as of Wednesday.

That brings that county’s total to 115.  Two are hospitalized; 36 remain on strict isolation.  Four have died from the virus there.

Four of the newest cases are residents of the Oakwood Health Campus.  Three were employees.

The Perry County Health Department is working with Oakwood to ensure resident and employee safety.
