Memorial Hospital Announces New Location for COVID-19 Screening in Dubois County

HUNTINGBURG -- Beginning Monday, May 25, 2020, Memorial Hospital’s Alternate Screening Site will close and the screening operations for COVID-19 will be directed to Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center’s Urgent Care Center, located at 507 E. 19^th Street in Huntingburg.

Urgent Care Center is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. excluding holidays. The hours for Memorial Day are 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

We ask that all patients call Urgent Care Center at 812-683-4717 prior to your visit to receive instructions about your appointment and to pre-register.  To ensure our patients’ safety, we will be separating all patients experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. You may also be asked to wait in your car until you are ready to be seen by a provider.

Masks are required for all visits to Urgent Care Center, and we ask that you continue to practice good hand hygiene prior to and during your visit.
