Memorial Family Care to Close in September, Move to New Location With New Name

JASPER -- Memorial Family Care has announced it will be moving to a new location in September, this according to our friends at the Dubois County Free Press.

The practice, currently located on First Avenue in Jasper, will close September 10^th to move to its new building at 966 Bartley Street in Jasper.

That location will open Tuesday, September 11^th.

The clinic will also change its name.It will reopen under the name Memorial Health Family Medicine.
