Martin County Double Murder Sentenced to 133 Years in Prison

MARTIN CO -- A convicted murderer in Martin County has been sentenced to 133 years in prison.

In June of this year, Nathan Baker was convicted of murder in the deaths of Allan Sims and Tom Tharp back in August of 2015.

In a statement released by Indiana State Police, the county prosecutor and troopers worked diligently in the case to ensure closure and justice for the families of the victims.

The statement closed, "When tragedies occur, rest assured, troopers will continue to pursue immorality with an unwavering commitment until justice and peace prevail."
