Man on Motorcycle Taken to E.R. After Being Hit by a Highlander in Jasper Over the Weekend

JASPER -- A Schnellville man has been released from the hospital after being hit by a Highlander while on his motorcycle Sunday evening.

Police say it happened just before 6 p.m. on Bartley Street near West 6^th Street.

Police say a Ferdinand man went left of center hitting the motorcycle.

The biker was taken to Memorial Hospital for minor abrasions.

The driver of the Highlander was charged for driving left of center.  He was not hurt.
