Mail-In Ballot Applications Due Tonight

Jasper- The deadline to apply for a mail-in ballot is fast approaching.

Applications must be submitted by midnight tonight in order to be processed in the morning by the clerk’s office. When filling out your application, be aware you will need to provide a reason as to why you wish to vote via mail.

“You can drop it (ballot) off at the clerk’s office,” said Dubois County Clerk Amy Kippenbrock, “It also does come with return postage so you can put it back in the mailbox.”

Ballots can be requested at IndianaVoters.com. You must be registered to vote in order to request a ballot.

All mail-in ballots must be returned to the Dubois County Clerk's office by Tuesday, November 8^th at 6:00 PM. The clerk’s office wants to emphasize there is no drop box to collect ballots. All ballots must be mailed back, or hand delivered to the clerk’s office directly.
