SUN 4:57 PM: FROM INDOT :

The Following Roads are now Closed Due to high water:

SR 157 Between SR 54 and SR 67 in Greene County.

The Following Roads are Now OPEN:

SR 56 Between Sinclair and Ballard St in Orange County

SR 145 from I-64 in Perry County to SR 64 in Dubois County

SR 62 from SR 145 in Perry County to SR 545 in Spencer County.



SUN 12:00 PM: NEW DUBOIS CO. ROAD CLOSURES....

Division Road, Stewart Road, and CR 190 North.

We have 6 deletions which are CR 150 North, St. Anthony Road West, CR 230 South, CR 850 South, CR 200 West, and areas of Ferdinand Road Northwest.



SUN 9:30 AM: OLD VINCENNES ROAD - CR 150N CLOSED

Daviess County Highway has closed Old Vincennes Road CR 150N due to high water.

Also there still several county roads that are flooded. Some may have signs, others will not.

Do Not Drive Thru Flooded Roads.



SUN 8:45 AM: INDOT has closed State Road 358 west of Plainville due to high water. The closure likely to last all week.


SAT 9:51 PM: US 150 at SR 550 in Orange County is now closed due to high water.


SAT 8:00 PM: From Perry County: Getting reports of high water covering State Road 62 between State Road 145 and St. Meinard.



SAT 6:03 PM: From Officials in Martin County.... 

The Flood Warning continues for the East Fork White River at Shoals from late tonight to Sunday, January 19. At 1:30 PM on Saturday the stage was 15.5 feet; Flood stage is 20.0 feet. Additional rain is in the forecast for later this afternoon/evening. 

 We currently have reports of flooding to the following roads/areas: 

 —Butler Bridge Road

 —West River Road (near McBride’s Bluff) 

—Ironton Road (near Sherfick School Road)

 —Deep Cut Lake Road 

 —Intersection of East River Road & Chicken Fame Road is washed out 

—Lundy Road about 8/10 of a mile off State Road 450 (bridge washed out) 

 *If you are aware of additional flooded roads in our county, please let us know and we will continually update this list as more information becomes available.

* We urge motorists not to attempt to drive through flooded roadways. #TurnAroundDontDrown


SAT 4:10 PM: More than 20 Dubois County roads are closed at this time, due to high water.

In addition, local officials write the following......

 "Due to the excessive rains and significant runoff, we have [also] closed County Road 750 West in Boone Township just south of Portersville Road West. 

 The point of closure is from the intersection of CR 750 West and Portersville Road West south to a point 0.30 miles (1,584 feet) south of the said intersection, approximately 1000 feet north from the address of 7313 North 750 West. 

Emergency traffic will need to come from the south."


SAT 3:12 PM: SR 145 between I-64 and SR 64 in Perry and Dubois county is now closed due to high water.


SAT 2:20 PM: From the Crawford County Sheriff's Department: State Road 64 from State Road 145 is closed due to high water. Plan an alternative route until further notice. 

 SAT 12:35 PM: The Indiana Department of Transportation reports only two state roads are closed due to high water on the roadway, according to WEHT-TV. State Road 68 and State Road 165 are both closed west of Poseyville, no time table has been set for when those roads may be reopened. 



 SAT 10:22 AM: ⚠️ Flood Warning ⚠️ Issued January 11 at 10:20AM EST until January 11 at 1:15PM EST by NWS Louisville KY Areas Affected: Orange, IN; Crawford, IN; Perry, IN


 SAT 9:16 AM: Flood Warning issued January 11 at 9:14AM EST until January 11 at 12:15PM EST by NWS Louisville KY Areas Affected: Dubois, IN * Until 1215 PM EST. *At 913 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause flooding. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Jasper, Huntingburg, Ferdinand, Holland, Birdseye, Dubois, Hillham, Celestine, Millersport, and Bretzville. 


 SAT 9:10 AM: Around 75 Dubois REC customers are without power in Crawford County. The outages earlier in Dubois County have been restored, according to the company's outage map.


 SAT 8:30 AM: Flash Flood Warning issued January 11 at 7:29AM CST until January 11 at 1:30PM CST by NWS Paducah KY for.... SPENCER COUNTY 



 SAT 8:02 AM: Flood Advisory issued January 11 at 6:57AM CST until January 11 at 1:00PM CST by NWS Paducah KY for... - Spencer County 


SAT 6:37 AM: Around 50 Dubois REC customers are without power at this time. They are in Hall and Harbison Townships. Read more on our LIVE NEWS BLOG.
