DUBOIS COUNTY -- Dubois County Treasurer Kitty Merkley would like to remind Dubois
County taxpayers that because of the Veterans Day Holiday being observed on
November 11 th , and the Courthouse being closed, the fall installment due date has
been extended to Tuesday, November 12, 2019.
The Treasurer’s Office will not
be open on Monday, November 11 th however; they will be open on Wednesday,
November 6th, 8:00 until 6:00; Saturday, November 9th, 8:00 until 12:00 and until
5:00pm on deadline day Tuesday, November 12. Payment for property taxes may
be sent to the courthouse, delivered in person to the Treasurer’s Office or placed in
the night deposit box located on the corner of the Annex Building at Sixth and
Jackson Streets in Jasper.
If a taxpayer would like a receipt returned to them, they
must include a self-addressed stamped envelope as well as the “C” portion of the
tax statement with their payment.
Payments may be sent to the Dubois County Treasurer at: One Courthouse Square, Room 105, Jasper, IN 47546. The office may be reached at 812-481-7080. Office Hours are: M-F 8:00am - 4:00pm; November 6 th 8:00am-6:00pm; November 9 th 8:00am-12:00pm; Tuesday, November 12 th 8:00am-5:00pm.
