KNOX COUNTY, Ind. -- A Knox County man is in court for his involvement in the deaths of two people in an ATV accident back in February.

Investigators say 34-year-old Kyle Mason was driving an off-road vehicle near his home when he accidentally drove into the Wabash River. He and his one of his passengers, Cody Meeks, escaped, but both there wives, Breezie Mason and Meghan Meeks, were in the back seats and were unable to escape.

The two women drowned and police says alcohol played a role in the crash, which is why Mason is facing drunk driving charges.
