Jasper Man Becomes Belligerent, Arrested at 10th Street Elementary School

JASPER -- A Jasper man is in jail today after allegedly causing a scene at 10^th Street Elementary School yesterday.

Police were called to the school just after 2:30 yesterday afternoon for a possible no contact order violation.

When officers arrived, they say Richard Hildenbran became belligerent and began screaming in front of a group of school kids.

He allegedly refused to comply with officers’ commands and was arrested.

He’s charged with Disorderly Conduct.
