Jasper Man Arrested on Three Counts After Domestic Abuse Call

Jasper - A Tuesday night domestic call led to three criminal counts for a Jasper man.

At approximately 9:30 p.m. Tuesday night, the Jasper Police Department responded to the area of 402 Plymouth Street in reference to a domestic battery with a female subject with unknown injuries.

Upon investigation, it was discovered that Jeffrey Clark, 37, of Jasper, had battered a female victim.

The female subject was treated for a head injury on scene by Memorial EMS. Jeffrey Clark was charged with Domestic Battery with Previous Conviction, Level 6 Felony, Domestic Battery with Moderate Bodily Injury, Level 6 Felony, and Interference with Reporting of a Crime, a Misdemeanor.

Clark was lodged into the Dubois County Security Center.
