Jasper Man Arrested on Domestic Battery Charge

JASPER -- A Jasper man was arrested on multiple charges stemming from an alleged domestic battery.

Police called out to a home in the 600 block of Giesler Road just before Midnight Saturday night on a report of a dispute at an apartment there.

Officers report the female victim had injuries to her hands from the confrontation.

36-year-old Nathanael Johnson was arrested and charged with Domestic Battery, Interference with the Reporting of a Crime and Resisting Law Enforcement.

Those are all misdemeanors.
