Jasper Man Arrested for Threatening Texts
Jasper - On Friday, members of the Jasper Police Department investigated a report
of harassment via text messages.
Upon investigation, Zachary Bohnert was found to have sent threatening text
messages referencing three separate individuals. The case was found to have enhancing circumstances, which led to
the different levels of charges filed.
Zachary Bohnert was arrested and charged with Intimidation (Level 5 Felony), 2
counts of Intimidation (Level 6 Felony) and Harassment (Class B Misdemeanor). Bohnert was transported and lodged
in the Dubois County Security Center.
