JASPER -- This workshop is designed to help would-be entrepreneurs determine their preparedness and ability to start a business by examining the opportunities, responsibilities & challenges involved in business ownership.

 Location: Conference Room, Jasper Chamber of Commerce office
located at 302 West 6th Street in Jasper, Indiana
When:  Thursday, October 25 – 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.
Cost:    There is a registration fee of $30.00 which includes a comprehensive workbook.

1) Identify Personal Objectives, Skills, and Resources
2) Describe Your Business Idea and Requirements
3) Understanding your competition and how to position your product or
service.
4) Identify the managerial requirements for your business.

This workshop is your first step towards small business ownership success.
Every successful business is built on a solid foundation. This class will help you evaluate your business idea with that end in mind. A free copy of this 55 page step-by-step workbook will be distributed to participants and used during the class. Following this course, ISBDC Business Advisors will be available for free one-on-one business consulting, which includes market research and financial diagnostic reports, to help you implement your strategic plan and provide ongoing guidance as you grow your business.
