Jasper-Based TDI Brands Enters into Exclusive Agreement With European Company

JASPER -- Jasper-based TDI Brands has announced it’s entered into an exclusive License Agreement with Wagner, a European manufacturer of plant caddies.

Under the terms of the agreement, TDI Brands will distribute the products exclusively in the U.S.

The move will make them the go-to supplier for U.S.-based garden centers, nurseries and on-line retailers.

The Wagner® Brand will become part of the Tierra^® Garden Wholesale Division, which currently offers over 1500 gardening tools, accessories, and accents. Wagner® will be added to the increasing list of exclusive Brands offered by the company, including DeWit Garden Tools, Peacock Plant Supports, Haxnicks Garden Solutions, Tierra Pro Tools, and Little Pals Kids Gardening, among others.

Founded in 1977 in the Black Forest of Germany, Wagner® began by manufacturing casters for the furniture industry.  Today, they are one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality furniture components in Europe. Wagner® is a family-owned business whose capital lies in innovative thinking, high quality standards, and fast action. Their portfolio includes furniture accessories which fulfil criteria such as autonomy, flexibility and sustainability in processing and use.  TDI Brands will be distributing Wagner® plant caddy/trolley product lines in the United States.
