Indiana State Police Enforcing Move Over Laws This Week, "Move Over or Get Pulled Over"

From Local Sources

STATEWIDE -- If you don't move over, you WILL get pulled over.

If you fail to change lanes or slow down for a stopped emergency vehicle this week, you can expect to get a ticket from Indiana State Police.

It's part of a week-long mission by police in Indiana and five other states to catch people who fail to follow the "move-over law," which requires you to change lanes or slow down to 10mph below the posted speed limit when emergency vehicles are stopped on the side of the road.
