HUNTINGBURG -- The Huntingburg Chamber of Commerce has several promotions and events happening over the next few months to encourage visitors to our historic downtown during the Stellar Heritage Trail construction. The construction which started in January is expected to last until early 2020.

In mid-February the Chamber began a “4th Street is Open for Business” promotion. This promotion encourages shoppers to spend $50 at any local downtown business. Once they turn in their receipts to the Chamber, they will receive $10 in Chamber gift certificates to use at a local business. This promotion runs through March 31st.

Just recently the Huntingburg Chamber & Merchants Association started their “Get your Golden Ticket on 4th Street” cash raffle fundraiser. This fundraiser encourages those wanting to purchase a raffle ticket to visit the downtown area. A limited number of tickets will be sold for $50 apiece. Over $7000 will be awarded in prizes at a drawing during the Merchants Christmas Stroll in November. The proceeds from the fundraiser will be used in the beautification and promotion of Huntingburg.

During the Daffodil Stroll on March 29th & 30th, visitors to Huntingburg can shop the local merchants for spring and Easter items.
