JASPER -- Hosparus Health has announced it will host a remembrance service in Jasper for the holiday season.
The Hospice and palliative care group opened an office in Jasper last month.
The events will be held on:
- Sunday, Nov. 17, at 2 p.m. at First Christian Church, 3209 Middle Road in Jeffersonville
- Sunday, Dec. 8, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Jasper, 3556 N. Portersville Road in Jasper
Guests who are grieving the loss of a family member or friend may arrive between 1 and 2 p.m. to personalize ornaments in memory of their person who died. Participants are encouraged to bring a photo of their person to include on their ornament. During the ceremony, guests will place their ornaments on an evergreen tree. The event includes light refreshments.
