Holiday World Has Closed For the Season Early Over Continued COVID-19 Concerns

SANTA CLAUS -- Holiday World officials have closed the Santa Claus theme park for the season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
A park spokesperson said the decision was made to close the park since the pandemic would not allow them to open their haunted houses, hayrides and corn maze; fall favorites for those who frequent the local theme park.
In a statement, park officials said, "There's so many unpredictable things this year with COVID-19. We just wanted to be safe and be closed for the (rest of) the season."
