JASPER -- It took a jury less than an hour to find Kyle Schneider guilty of murdering 23-year-old Chloie Lubbehusen in a St. Anthony home back in January.
The verdict came down Friday night in the week-long murder trail that began with jury selection Monday with opening arguments being heard on Tuesday.
This isn’t Schneider’s first brush with the law. As we reported earlier this year, Schnider’s rap sheet includes arrests for domestic battery and strangulation in front of a small child, trafficking marijuana and a gun charge.
That violent past could add more time to Schneider’s sentence.
Schneider could face up to 65 years in prison when he’s sentenced on June 12th.
