FRIDAY UPDATE: 16 New Cases of COVID-19 Reported in Dubois County; 115 Cases Remain Active

JASPER -- Health officials in Dubois County reported 16 new positive cases of COVID-19 Friday.  

That brings the county's total to 388 since the pandemic began.

Of those cases, 266 have recovered and seven have died.  When you do the math, that comes out to 115 active cases in Dubois County.

"The Dubois County Health Department is reminding everyone to continue to; wear a cloth face covering when in public, maintain social distancing, wash your hands frequently, and stay home if you are feeling ill," local health officials said in a written statement Friday morning.
