AREA WIDE -- A Flash Flood Watch in effect through Thursday afternoon: including the following areas in Indiana.....

Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Harrison, Jefferson, Perry, Scott, and Washington.

* Through Thursday afternoon

* After this evening's band of heavy rain, additional heavy rain showers and storms are developing now and expected to continue overnight along the Ohio River valley.

* An additional two to locally four inches of rain are possible overnight and Thursday morning, which could cause flash flooding.
