Jasper Fall Hydrant Flushing to Continue September 16th
The Jasper Water Department announces that, weather permitting, it will continue the Fall hydrant flushing and maintenance program on Monday, September 16th.
Flushing hours will run from 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday thru Friday. Flushing will last for several weeks until all City hydrants have been flushed.
Company officials say the water will be safe to drink, but customers affected by the flushing should use their own discretion when doing laundry during this time, as clothes could become discolored.
