Dubois County 7-Day Positivity Rate Lower But Still More Than Double The State Average

JASPER -- Dubois County's COVID-19 positivity rate is a bit lower but still more than double the state average.

Our seven-day positivity rate now stands at 18%. The state average is 7.3%.

Dubois County added 19 new cases over the weekend bringing our total to 624 since the pandemic began. The county will release more updated numbers today.  Just over 5,000 tests have been submitted so far in the county.

12 county residents have died from the virus, including one that was reported Friday afternoon.

Nearly 20% of all Dubois County COVID cases are in their 20's. Around 13% are over the age of 60.  Around 15% of our cases are children under the age of 19.
