Dubois Co. Sheriff's Department Asking For Your Help Investigating Hit and Run

DUBOIS COUNTY -- Dubois County Sheriffs deputies asking for the public’s help identifying a driver who fled the scene of an accident Saturday afternoon.

It happened around 2:50 p.m. on Schnellville Road near Rustic Acres Road.

Police say the driver was eastbound when he or she went left of center and sideswiped a Dodge Durango going west.

Luckily, the driver wasn’t hurt, but the suspect fled the scene.

That vehicle is described as a gold or bronze colored midsize SUV.  There should be damage on the driver’s side.
