Crash Saturday in Jasper Sends Two to the ER; One Cited For Failure-to-Yield

JASPER -- A crash Saturday in Jasper sent two people to the hospital.

It happened around 8 p.m. at the intersection of SR 56 and St. Charles Street.

Police say a Jasper man failed to yield the right-of-way while trying to turn onto St. Charles Street causing a head-on collision.

He was treated at the scene for a cut to his hand and chest pain.

Two people in the other vehicle were transported to Memorial Hospital for shoulder and abdominal pain.

Kyle Allen was cited for Failure to Yield.
