BREAKING: Coroner on the Scene of Shooting in Grandview

BREAKING: The couple found in a Grandview home Wednesday following a shooting has been identified.

Linda F Bowman, 64, Grandview was found by police at the residence. Bowman was confirmed deceased at the residence by the Spencer County Coroner Rachel Gentry.

Alan Lee Bennett, 52, Grandview, who required immediate medical attention, was also located in the home. Bennett was flown via helicopter to an undisclosed hospital for serious injuries.

Investigators were able to determine that Bennett and Bowman were living in the residence together during the time of the incident.

The shots rang out at a home in the 6200 block of North Highland Road. State troopers tell WFIE-TV a 911 call came in around noon Wednesday in regards to an ongoing domestic dispute.

An autopsy has been scheduled for today. Results will be make available as soon as practical. Indiana
