Birdseye Democrats Elect Nominees For November's Ballot

BIRDSEYE -- Democrats in Birdseye went to the polls Tuesday to choose candidates for the fall ballot.

In the race for State Representative out of District 63, democrat Joseph Lannon pulled ahead, more than doubling the votes is opponent, Dennis Tedrow received.

For Birdseye Town Council, three of the four democratic candidates will advance to the fall election.

There are 3 seats up for grabs in that race.

Mary Cummings, Lisa Huff and Roy Partenheimer received the most votes advancing them to the fall election.

In the race for Birdseye Clerk-Treasurer, Brittany Schepers beat out Kelly Wiseman for the nomination.
