ALERT: Huntingburg Street Department to Remove Some Stop Signs Friday

HUNTINGBURG -- Officials in Huntingburg have announced a change in traffic signage at Progress Parkway and 14th Street at Chestnut Street. 

On Friday, December 14, 2018, the street department will be removing stop signs at those intersections, according to a statement released Tuesday.

Chestnut Street will continue to be a two-way stop, and Progress Parkway/14th Street will become thru-traffic. 

Use extra caution in that area as some drivers may not be aware of the changes.
