Loogootee Man Leads Police on High-Speed Chase

LOOGOOTEE, Ind. -- He had drugs in his car so he tried to run from the cops. 

32-year-old Nathan Williams took state troopers on a chase at speeds of 110 miles-an-hour on I-69 over the weekend in Pike County. 

The chase went about 12 miles before troopers say Williams' car started having engine trouble. 

When Williams stopped troopers took him into custody and found meth and marijuana inside his car. 

He's in jail for drug possession and he's also getting slapped with a hefty speeding ticket.
