#BREAKING: Indiana Officials Announce New Coronavirus Case Bringing Total to Four

NOBEL COUNTY -- Health officials in Indiana have announced a new coronavirus case.

This one is in Nobel County at a hospital there.  This is now the fourth case in the Hoosier state.

Officials say the new patient was diagnosed at Parkview Noble Hospital in Northeastern Indiana (Noble County).

Monday's announcement comes after two cases were announced over the weekend.  One, is an adult who lives in Hendricks County.  The patient is the second-confirmed case in Indiana from the same BioGen Conference in Boston in late February.

A third case of coronavirus was announced late Sunday night; its an elementary school student at Hickory Elementary in Avon.

The school will be closed for two weeks.

Indiana governor Eric Holcomb has declared a Public Health Emergency.
