Swiss Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 1/2 lbs. fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup fine crumbled Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup finely chopped turkey breast
  • Parmesan cheese to taste
  • Garlic salt to taste

Wash mushrooms and drain. Remove the stems and reserve the caps. Brush the caps with melted butter and then sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.

Chop the stems; saute in butter with onion. Add the Ritz crackers and chopped turkey breast. Take this mixture off of the stove.

Add Swiss cheese. Put 1 tsp. of the mixture in each mushroom cap. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes and then broil for about 2 minutes.
