Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf


2 pounds ground beef or 2 (16-ounce) packages frozen ground turkey, thawed
1 (6-ounce) package Stove Top Stuffing Mix, chicken or pork
1 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup barbeque sauce, divided

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup cup of barbeque sauce.

Shape meat mixture into two oval loaves, side by side, in a 13×9-inch baking dish.  Top with remaining 1/4 cup barbeque sauce.

Bake for 25-35 minutes or until center of loaves are no longer pink.


1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound raw ground turkey
2 eggs
1 package French’s Homestyle Meatloaf Mix (probably in the soup and gravy aisle)
1 cup chicken flavored Stove Top Stuffing Mix
1/2 cup water

Put meats in large bowl.

Beat eggs, water and meatloaf mix together and pour over meat.

Add the dry stuffing mix.  Mix all together and shape into a loaf.  Place in baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
