Spinach-Crab Dip

  • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and uncooked
  • 1 1/2 to 2 sticks of butter or margarine
  • 1 package crab meat
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion

Saute butter and onion. Drain spinach. Combine ingredients and serve in a dish. Serve on crackers.
