4 cans refrigerator biscuits
2 cups sugar, divided
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks butter
Add cinnamon to 1 cup sugar until darkened.
Cut biscuits in quarters.
Put sugar-cinnamon mixture in a plastic bag. Place coated biscuit quarters in bag and shake till well coated.
Place coated biscuit pieces evenly in an ungreased tube pan.
Melt the butter and add 1 cup sugar. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over biscuits in pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Immediately invert pan on serving plate. Serve warm. Wrap any leftovers in foil and reheat.
